Praise the Lord! I actually will be happy and satisfied with a goal range in 160ish numbers. Size and weight"feels better". Long, long way from 236!! thank you Lord!!!!!!
170.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
