After no loss last week, 3 lbs this weeks feels good. I have been a lot stricter regarding my calories this last week, allowing myself only 900 during the weekdays maybe paid off. Anyway happy to be back on course. I'll try to keep to this routine for another week and see what it yields plus add walking back on.
