Unfortunately I had zero loss this week. The good news is I had done well the first three weeks so I hit my monthly goal already of 10 lbs last week. Thinking of doing something different in combination like fasting two days a week on Monday and Thursday. I have done fasts before and they have been successful, I guess it's a good test of will power and at the same times confuses your metabolism and keeps it from hitting a equilibrium that's then hard to break free of during a diet.

Have you tried the 5:2? 2 non-consecutive days you eat 500-600 calories the other 5 days eat your regular calories. I like it...

It is not a gain, so that is great! And you are right, you had reached your 1st goal a week early, so you are still on track :). good luck and much success in however you decide to proceed. I am glad you are not getting discouraged and are going to try other things to see how they work. :)
