I spent a few hours yesterday listening to talks by Dr. Ron Rosedale. Pretty interesting stuff! He explained, better than anyone I've heard to date, why the high fat component of LCHF is important. I made my first batch of "crack slaw" for lunch. Yep, it's some good stuff! But it's good to remember that some seasonings have carbs. Garlic powder, onion powder and soy sauce in the slaw added almost as many carbs as the cabbage. Who'da thunk? Have a great day, FS buddies.
