I'm back to where I should have been last week so I'm happy. So close now. Think I will try to maintain through winter before deciding if I want to change my goal weight.
Still not managing any exercise, but surprised that I've managed about 5000kjs on average a day this week without being hungry at all. Still doing IF and loving it. Before - when I was complaining about being on a plateau - I was averaging 6200kjs on weekdays.
I know the weekend will be a washout, but confident I can keep this going for the rest of the month - at least for weekdays. Butternut, gem squash, cabbage and sweet potato are my heroes! And Oatso Easy has become my evening dessert (because I love and miss breakfast) - but so far so good...
