Right. So I thought today was the start of Beast 2.0 challenge, since 1.0 ends today. Nope, it starts July 1. That's ok, I'm still going to drop the nightly cocktail as of today. With as little as I'm eating, and as much as I'm fasting that HAS to be the thing that's keeping my weight bouncing up and down.
