Brother, losing 36 pounds as a goal is a lot of motivation as it. Try being REAL fat, Like I was and still am to a point. Lets put this into perspective. My FINAL goal is still 102 pounds heavier than you weigh now. How is that for motivation and perspective? Brother, Control your habits. Dont eat sugar, or simple carbs, and eat 2 times a day in an 8 hour window. Those 36 pounds will come off easily.

My energy levels are pretty low too. I've used it as an excuse not to exercise but it also means I have to stay focused on what I eat. Find a healthy balance for you and get on your mission.

it's not easy living with an eating disorder but it is doable. it's a mental more than a physical challenge, your mind tells your body what to do, get your mind set right and your body will follow along, best of luck to you and we will support you in any way we can!

As Debra says, living with an eating disorder is largely mental, and sometimes mental requires that you distract yourself by doing something you can easily control. A starting point might be to make sure you log everything you eat, so that you can see where/what you might need to change. The important thing is to take some action, small steps, and keep looking forward. Keep posting here, you will find lots of support.
