So, I'm not unhappy about the weigh-in, because I was pretty sure last week that the 157.6 was an anomaly -- probably a dehydration issue. But weighing in today at 159 makes me feel that I am now firmly in the 150s. I will have to work very hard this summer to meet my 149 by September 15 goal. It would be so great to be able to do that. But I'm just going to keep doing what I'm doing and see what comes. This approach is working for me and encourages me to believe I can stick with it, so I'll take whatever comes. Thanks, everyone for being there for me the past couple of weeks especially.
