It's hard to not get frustrated with this. Maybe the gain is from the sushi carb spike, but it took 3 days for it to show up. The rest of the week, I've maintained a 1500-2000+ calorie deficit, stayed on point with my macros, and even added some more exercise. Not enough for the gain to be muscle gain, mind you..just moving more than my average. Well, it's a new week, and I'l just keep on keepin' on.
