Did a few things different this week. Skipped my coconut oil in coffee. Noticed I was hungry way earlier but not so much that I thought I was starving. Did a couple days of 500 calories, then the rest regular amount. Had only 1 night of "binging". Gotta learn to deal with stress in non-food way. It's like a drug that blocks out what's going on, but only for a little while. Gotta remember I can stuff myself silly but "life" will still be there afterwards.
