You remind me of when I was a lifting partner with one of the strongest women in the world. Her legs were like tree trunks, and it was shocking watching her deadlift. She won a medal in the Olympics for England in the Pentathlon. a very sweet lady.

I deadlift first. I need all my energy. Then, I do boxing. Both with a trainer. We end with ab workout and then I SLEEP WELL! Lol keep up the deadlifts...fun but hard. You are doing great!!!!

@warren Not sure the "legs like tree trunk" look is what the ladies are shooting for... ;-)

Good point, Jimmie. I thought I was very strong, but this lady put me to shame. I was doing roids at the time, when no one knew what they were. 45 years ago.

Yes, but unlike all the idiots, I did the prescription on the bottle. 10 mg. My best friend, who died of liver disease was fighting her illness with 150 mg a day. I put on 40-50 pounds. I was benching 425. Was doing all the powerlifting.

Haha thanks guys. I can't tell you how frustrated I was all of 2015 being stuck in the 150s and having to figure out what was wrong with my diet. I'm stronger than ever. Yes the scale isn't the only factor but I do have some fat weight to shed. It's good to see I have progress. I notice I'm losing having one relaxed cheat day on the weekend and being strict 6 days a week. Keeping my workout consistent. I rather be strong and weigh more honestly. The scale is just a number in the end but to see it move indicates progress I also dropped to 23% BF
