Pick one scale and use ONLY that one to weigh yourself or you're gonna drive yourself batty. I'd go with the lowest one too like Mxs84 said.

Hola, I want to said that, any it's fine but you have to use just one, because every scale is diferent, so the one at home, naked and empty stomach, going to be the beter option, and when you check your weight again at the same time and under the same circumstances ;)

They all seem in line with each other. The naked one is your weight. If you wear the same clothes each time you will see the +- respectively on each scale.

Agreed with Smarty. And the more important thing is being able to track your losses, not what might be your true weight. Pick a scale, any scale, and watch the numbers drop.

Make sure your scale at home is reliable but I would go for nude and at home for consistency.

depends on your mood... personally I am a middle of the road person - but somedays I need the happy boost and go with the lower number!

Clothes = 5 lbs including shoes, gym clothes deduct 2 from that. You're withing a couple percent of those round figures. Time of day will definitely make a diff. Probably weigh in at the same time and you'll see it even tighter. The scale doesn't define you.

My $.02 - for recording "official" weight stick with one scale, same time of day, same attire (or lack thereof). Otherwise too many variables to really know exact weight.
