Actually a loss (was up to 224 😔). Started 2 exhilarate on Monday. Since then I've had great bm's and decent energy but definitly crashing around 9 @ night. I've not been good with my meal frequency and meals/snacks haven't been as protein heavy as probably should be. only 1/2-3/4 of waters each day. Good news is I did the gym twice last week and so far once this week. just went grocery shopping for first time last night so hopefully that will help. Got some ready made meals that should be good for the pills :)
It's just a lot with everything going on. Work has officially hit its busy season. Cory and I being on a break has been really hard on me. Not being able to tell my family has made it all worse too. Just happy for what I CAN seem to make go right
