Two more to lose by Tuesday. Come oooooon weight loss! I want to be down to forty at the two month mark. Then if I can keep that up I will be under 200 when I see the doctor again.
258.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's my own diet my doctor and I worked out. I can have 1400 calories a day and less than 25grams of sugar.

You"re welcome :) But they way im on zero sugar for few days for time reasons and it changed my life ! Carbs hater lol Thinnersss

Thanks HCB! I'm glad it's working for you ILanaaa :) I still have rather high carbs but I'm trying to cut back. As long as my sugars are kept low I don't worry too much about it though.
