Was a great week...although I skipped doing IF this week, I still dropped 3 more pounds!! Yay! I actually tried riding my Terra Tryke today...we went 2 miles around the bike trail by our house!!! My back didn't bother me at all! It WAS a little difficult getting in and out, and Rick had to adjust the right side handle...things are SOOOOOOOOO MUCH harder to recuperate from an emergency laminectomy when you have a torn rotator cuff and a broken wrist at the same time...lol lol!! I'm getting there, though!!! Thank you all for your support!!
