Gained a little since I haven't been to the gym in a week. But I'm going back tonight. Also started the Advocare 24 day challenge today. 10 days of cleanse then 14 days of burn. Doing really good so far. Already drank 8 cups of water. Gotta drink about 6 more to meet my water goal for the day. Between the water and the fiber supplement, I had to force myself to eat my small lunch because I felt full. But I need the protein. Will be logging my meals after this. Gonna be so weird to not track calories, yet I feel more free to concentrate more on healthy than total intake. Well, have a great day everybody. Stay warm!
