I had a pretty good day yesterday: Did the extra 5 minutes on the elliptical during the workout again (total of 35min on level 10) in addition to the stretching and weight training; survived work; and went over to a friend’s house for dinner. I had a bit too much to eat for lunch and was actually a bit uncomfortable in the afternoon so I skipped all of my snacks.
