Still on track. Have had an awesome week. I've been watching netflix while on the treadmill and it has helped immensely. The only problem is I have been staying on longer to see what is going to happen on my show, one day I did 35 minutes extra, haha. A BIG thanks to the person that gave the "helpful hint"!Just one more thing this site has helped me with.
I had bought a couple pairs of jeans about a month ago and they were too big now. They are levis and seemed to have a lot of "stretch" to them. I took them back to the store and told them the problem, I had lost weight and the stretch was too much. They let me exchange them for a smaller size! Am now in a 12 comfortably, can't believe it! Started at a size 24, 3-4x so it is nice to see progress.
Had to take my wedding rings in to be sized. I've been putting it off til I got closer to where I wanted to be. Haven't been able to wear them for awhile for fear of losing them.
As usual, I want to thank everyone for their support, suggestions, and the time you all put into your journals. Every one of the posts I read helps- the good, the bad, and the ugly!
