The backward slide continues and I just can't seem to correct it.... I'm going to have to kick my a** this week and get some motivation.
195.4 lb Lost so far: 33.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

make sure ou are eating the right amount of food hun caue I used to gain weight alot and I felt like I wasnt eating enough then my trainer made me start eating alot morefood just a different kinds perhaps you are getting the wrong types of food in you I am quite over weight but I have been eating way more than I have ever eaten in my whole life and I am not hungry or anything maybe try balancing the foods more like one fruit one veg and one protien they say you need to eat as many protiens as pounds you would like to weigh protien is supposed to be 40% of your diet and fats 10-15% and the rest helthy carbs like Whole wheat whole grain

What is blocking you right now? Is it food boredom, limited exercise, not enough water? Tweak ONE thing and experiment with one change and see if that can shake you up! You have done very well so far and I know you can push though this!

Thank you for the support and advice everyone. For one I know I'm not getting as much protein as I should and way too much of everything else. I think I'm burnt out in just about every direction. Lately, I've just wanted to go to bed at eight and not do anything else and I've actually followed through on that a few times. I took ten days away from the stationary bike and I'm getting back on that now, I'm still adjusting there. About the only thing I seem to be keeping on top of is my water intake. I'm going to take a look back at food logs from the beginning of the year and maybe I can get back to how I was eating then.

Good for you! It sounds like you're getting your motivation back at last, well done. I think this whole business is 90% mental, isn't it? You go for it, girl, you know it's worth it!
