Welp all the hard work is now almost gone, back up to 241 from 228. Back to the gym and on diet is a must for me now. I was doing so good there for a while, fell into a rut for the past 4 months and weight comes on faster than it can be lost. Taking this as a lesson.
241.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

we all have fallen off the wagon. get back up and dust yourself off . Life's to short to biatch and complain. Just do it !

Thanks for the support. I exercised 3 of the last 4 days, had to take a day off after upper body because of soreness, could not lift my arms lol.
