Water/Watermelon weight.... >.< I have gone backwards.
The past couple of weeks have been ridiculous. I'm tired and just plain disappointed with a lot of things. My repaired bike lasted a week and half more before the metal gave out and bent inwards prompting the purchase of a new bike... the new bike and I are having a hard time getting to know each other. =( My old bike was a Stamina air resistance upright that had the option of moving or stationary handlebars. I liked having that option and usually kept the bars stationary because I like to keep higher speeds during my workout and the moving handlebars are a little scary when you're going fast. I almost knocked myself off at one point so stationary they stayed the past seven years. This new bike is also a Stamina air bike but it has no options, the handle bars move. I don't like it. I've decided to disconnect the bars from the pedals but the bars don't tighten up so I have to be careful not to push, pull or lean on them during a workout. The resistance is also a little different and a fifteen minute workout night before was very, very rough. I'm used to being able to at least get 40 min a night so far I've managed just the 15 in the past week. I DON'T like change.... Other than that my logging on FS has fallen off the charts but I am still logging on MFP to keep up with my fitbit. I hope I'm able to turn things around this week...... I just bought a whole pile of new clothes... I have to get back on board and I have no clue where my motivation has gone. ______________________________________________________________________ "When you feel like giving up, remember why you held on for so long in the first place." -unknown
