I can't believe how just tracking my in take is starting to slowly reduce my weight. I've be struck at 210 for 4 months and all because of these app, I will see my goal weight.

I think tracking input is essential! If I'm about to eat something I don't usually eat, I use my phone app to look it up, and then decide whether to eat it and how much to eat.
