Well if you get a lunch break, maybe take 20 minutes and go for a walk. If you are off weekends, squeeze in a couple exercise videos or get out and go for hike in a local park. Swimming? Slap on a pedometer and aim for 10,000 steps a day. It makes you more aware of the steps you are taking. Some workout videos are 10, 20, 30 minutes long. Get some crockpot recipes so you have more time when you get home to do a workout. Some people get up a little early to squeeze it in.

Thanks for the advice. I only have 30min lunch, so I walk about 10mins. I do Zumbia and run on the weekends, but it's my weekdays I need to work out more than my walks. I get up at 550am to get ready to catch my bus at 638 and I don't get home until 830pm from work, so I'm kind of dead. My husband does all the cook expect for Saturday and Sunday, since I'm off. But it's a work in progress, when I start working from home I'm hitting the gym early morning.

I recently discovered a slew of quick video workouts on YouTube and use my Roku to watch it on my TV. The one I'm working on now that is on YouTube (for free) is Jillian Michael's 30 day shred. It takes only 20 minutes. I do it after I get off work and am pretty tired but do it anyways. Afterwards, I find myself having a better sleep. By the way, another thing I recently started was wall pushups. You can do that at home or work - a few here and a few there. Trust me, if you are like me they will be a tough exercise! Good luck!

20% less than what you would eat normally will show and impact, when doing that eat more whole foods and less processed generally speaking helps, portion size, avoid soda and fast food/prepackaged foods as much as you can make good choices when you have to otherwise. Suzi has great ideas for exercise. LOG them both here it will make you conscious of what you are putting in and getting out.
