I get bored on a exercise bike although my doctor says it's a good way to exercise with a bad knee. Congrats on the weight drop and the 30 minutes

Thanks, Tish and Fritzy. It was pretty low impact. Listened to a a podcast, and it went by quickly. I did 30 seconds of HITT every five minutes, so it was a nice mix.
