Thanks we are getting back on track.my mental is sharp and my exercise routine is getting back on point just simple but effective strength training nothing fufu just basic.Push-ups,goblet squats,curls,deadlifts,rows,and farmers carries 3×a week.3 45 min walks and done.my job i put 5 miles a day on my feet 5 days a week.Diet is basic nothing fufu either I eat normally except for Sunday night I have a sweet.other than that just normal living and house and animal chores.
