Skip the pills both days this weekend again. Struggling with some insomnia sleep quality is fine. Have my period and not sure how it's impacting anything. Didn't eat or drink much this weekend, expecting some weight gain after today now that I'm back on the pills and have to feed them. Definitely not pooping like normal, but I haven't been eating veggies very much with my pill meals. Adding those back in this week and hoping it helps!
