haven't been recording my food as I pretty much eat the same things I've been eating for months. trying to stay active. some of this weeks loss might be "false" as I've had a cold and have had a hard time eating...After 6 months eating low carb has become habit and some foods, especially sweet foods don't taste good anymore. On fathers day I had a small piece of fruit pizza (sugar cookie crust)and while it was good, especially the fruit, it just didn't have that zing. I can't believe my taste buds have changed that much. back in the day I would have eaten half of it and kept on going! Loving how I feel!!!
