so Happy with my weight loss...has been such a difficult week but I made it
212.7 lb Lost so far: 49.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1019 kcal Fat: 21.40g | Prot: 86.87g | Carb: 103.56g.   Breakfast: Mr Sauce Maple Syrup Zero, Jungle Oats, Coffee. Lunch: Checkers Choice Mayonnaise Lite, Chicken Light Meat (Stewed, Cooked) , Cucumber (with Peel) , Sasko Low GI Whole Wheat Brown Bread. Dinner: Checkers Mixed Vegetables, Jasmine Rice (Cooked), Chicken Light Meat (Stewed, Cooked) . Snacks/Other: Chicken Light Meat (Stewed, Cooked) , Coffee. more...
