It feels good to finally lose some weight and feel like I’m on the right path. After failing with programs I’d learned to manipulate, I hoped surely math and science would not fail me - that at some point I should be able to consume less calories than I burn and lose something! The tools on FatSecret simplify to process and I feel optimistic for the first time in years.
