You are doing so well. You have a plan in place. I usually don't have cake or cup cakes around the house for me to get in to, so when I go to a party if they have cake I eat some too. BTW isn't that Sara Lee bread good? I don't even feel bad about having a sandwich with it.

Great reminders! I like how you are staying aware of your actions & still working a plan even after you have reached your goal weight! It is so easy as we all know to creep back on us when we dont remain aware & diligent in our new formed habits. Thanks for sticking around & giving us the support we all need & want. Good advice Deb to eat healthy foods at home, also not to deviate from your plan away from home very much. I see so many gaining hard lost pounds back on weekends and holidays and feel badly for them. You have a plan for life not a "diet" and it works.
