Yo-Yo'ing even though I've stayed consistently OMAD, VLC, and strictly carnivore. I expect a whoosh in the next couple of weeks, as has been the pattern for the year I've been grinding. I usually ignore the up-and-down of the scale, preferring to only post losses, but you're not always going to win the war of numbers, and realistically it doesn't matter as long as you stay consistent.
