I hope everybody's week is going well.
I've been on my running spree this week. Monday did a 35 min. progression run, Tuesday did 16 min of hill sprints and yesterday did a 2 mile recovery run. Tonight I work out with the trainer. Should be fun.
I'm not sure about the rest of my workouts for the week as it's supposed to thunderstorm around here on Friday and Saturday. I may need to cross train in the gym. Not as much fun as running but less stress on the body. We'll see what happens.
My hunger has definitely increased with the increase in running. The weight is slowly dropping and would drop more if I would stop snacking on nuts. It's a battle right now, one I'm determined to win. The weight will come off.
I hope everyone has a great day!

I so understand that snacking on nuts!! Try prepacking a single serving in a snack bag, and writing the calorie content on it. Sometimes the visual will help to curb those snack attacks!

That is the problem with exercise - it can make you hungry. Am sure you will find a balance (between exercise and eating) soon enough.
