1041 kcal Fat: 35.10g | Prot: 57.44g | Carb: 125.67g.   Breakfast: Woolworths Raw Honey, Health Connection Wholefoods Digestive Bran, Peanut Butter, Coffee, Jungle Oats, Bananas . Lunch: Bakers Provita Ancient Grains Crispbread, Lowfat (1-2% Fat) Cottage Cheese, Reduced Calorie Italian Dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots). Dinner: Dry Grated Parmesan Cheese, Dried Whole Sesame Seeds , B-Well Canola & Olive Oil, Cherry Tomatoes, Cooked Spinach (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Spaghetti, Woolworths Chicken Breast Fillets. Snacks/Other: Sugar, Nescafe Salted Caramel Cappucino. more...
