was a good week, started mealprep which has made life soo much easier
232.1 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb.    Still to go: 35.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1050 kcal Fat: 39.71g | Prot: 57.81g | Carb: 116.38g.   Breakfast: Health Connection Wholefoods Digestive Bran, Woolworths Raw Honey, Yum Yum Crunchy Peanut Butter, Jungle Oats. Lunch: Sunflower Oil, Air Fryer French Fries, Gem Squash, Carrots , Chicken Breast (Skin Eaten). Dinner: Tastic Basmati White Rice Cooked, Fried Onions, Cooked Spinach (from Fresh), Green Cabbage, Cabbage, PnP Lentils in Brine, Checkers Fruit Chutney Peach. Snacks/Other: Cheddar Cheese , Sasko Low GI Seeded Brown Loaf. more...
