still a bit sick but I can tell each day I am getting better. Kind of not on any particular diet but just eating as I get hungry and what tastes good and actually what is in the house since I still don't want to venture to the grocery store. Mostly toast with almond butter, cinnamon and a bit of coconut oil seems to do the trick. Alot of fresh ginger and lemon tea also is good along with some honey, by itself not in tea or toast. I think today I might have some rice with chicken broth. Once I'm 100% better I really need to get on a good weight loose woe though, just not sure which one yet, any suggestions? Something quick and easy.
