Through the first phase, 3 days of 1200 Cals, of the Rotation diet and down 1.2 lbs. It was rough being that low in calories, just not used to it. Now it's on to 4 days of 1500 Cals. This should be easier.
No exercise last night. Only got in 8,000 steps. I had to deal with some personal issues and didn't get home until late. I now know what true hunger feels like as I didn't eat dinner until 9:30 last night. Working on a lack of sleep as well. I'm planning on taking my fit test tonight as the end of my 12 week transformation challenge. I'll use my extra calories as a pre-workout meal so I do well. I'm not sure if I'll do any other workout with the trainer tonight, maybe just some cardio.
I hope everyone has a great day!
