I have just experienced a re-visit from an old friend who i had long forgotten about for some two years💃🏿
As a result, I am feeling overwhelmed with myself for the moment ( the friend is what is known in the country as “Aunt Flo” get it Flow-as in cycle; as in i’m through with you; as in get thee behind me; as in i’m too old for this s%*! 😊
This is so unfair to have this happen after two whole years; i mean i had a little celebration when i realized that i had began menopause{Yeah me 🤣😚I’ve been elated ever since but now I’m confused.
Does anyone know what has happened to make me go back to a monthly cycle again. I have been eating healthy and taking vitamins as i stay mindful of what my body and health are doing for the first time ever.
But, if this is a result of taking my folic acid, vitamins d,k, e, zinc, magnesium, turmeric w/black pepper, and a women’s one a day- Then i demand a recount!!!! Help i’m stuck on stupid and full of questions🧐
