Drank a lot of water yesterday and walked over 3 miles. Ate modestly and exercised a good bit. Relaxed last night and Hubs was home. This morning I got to work and the manager was let go. The boss gave us a warning not to make fun of it or anything just to do our jobs. There is a sense of calmness that this storm has passed.
