Quite happy with the scale this morning, but on Wednesday it said 67,4 and last night it said 67,5 so just glad it hasn't jumped back up to 68. Have been good all week except for some mini chocolate cupcakes I was craving and allowed myself on Wednesday. Did my 4 hours of exercise though. Let's hope this weekend doesn't start a backward slide. Hoping to be good for the next two weeks before Easter hits.
