This week has been a war between three and four. Four won the day...

I really thought I'd hit 200 this week... next week it is mine!

I don't know if I'm catching a cold or if allergy season is starting but I've felt horrible all week. I've had sore throat, congestion, sneezes, sniffles, headaches, lovely fatigue and haven't been eating all that well either. Though my poor food choices can't be blamed on cold/allergies. This week is local spring break and state basketball championships so most of my classes haven't been in session and I'm sure that isn't helping my situation at all. My energy is so low this week the only exercise I have been making myself do is the stationary bike and that has been a major struggle all on its own. I really need to throw another activity in there and tonight I'm really going to try to hoop.

I keep saying that I need to add more fiber to my diet and I'm taking a supplement but my system is at a standstill. I'm drinking a lot of water, or at least a lot more than I used to, so I don't think that is the problem. I do know that part of the problem has been my caloric deficits not being very high and I know that at the beginning of the week my culprit was peanut butter. Now at the end of the week it's TOM. I really hope next week is better. The fatigue is really kicking me and not just because it's hindering my workouts but everything else too. This morning was the worst of the week. I got up, weighed myself, jumped in the shower and by the time I got out I was so tired I probably could have fallen straight back asleep.

The day started off warm and sunny but by this afternoon the temps dropped and the clouds rolled in, a pretty dreary afternoon. I managed to gather up energy to start dinner early. I have a big pot of lentil stew simmering on the stove and it smells yummy. That should at least keep our tummies warm tonight.

A bright spot during the week... I bought jeans Sunday. Two sizes smaller! I probably could have gone down another size too. I have another pair to exchange this weekend and I'll try out a pair of three sizes smaller then. ^.^ lol! That probably doesn't make sense to anyone but me and at the moment I'm a little loopy on allergy meds.

Tomorrow will be good, next week will be better.
