Hell yes! I was so excited to see a familiar number that I have not see on the scale since last summer. I do weigh myself every day because it keeps me accountable throughout the day. Yesterday I did not go to the gym as I usually take Saturday and Sunday off, but I did go for a walk carrying my 16 month daughter on me. I have went from 163 since January to 156 now. Happy Dance!

Thank you Rockiesfan it seems like it has been forever for me to see some progress. It feels good. I guess my body was holding on to extra water because of the strength classes. Not sure, but I like it!
