The weight is still bouncing around. I have tried going deeper into ketosis and modifying carbs over the past month and a half. No luck so far shaking this weight plateau. I'm trying to reduce my caloric intake while increasing protein to stave off any hunger. Wish me luck.

Are you doing more than 30% protein? They say the protein we do not use gets metabolized by the liver into glucose which means carbs as fares as our body is concerned. Maybe that is the plateau - more fat will satiate, maybe? I see you are doing great so maybe your body is just adjusting...good job!

You know sometimes you can get off the plateau by actually upping the carbs for a day? Just do it in a healthy way, eat an apple for example.

I agree with dayberndt. I actually ended up out for dinner with my wife and we had Chinese. As a result is was no longer in Ketosis. I got right back on it and then had to travel for work three days later. Than I had toast and pizza as well.
Since then I have been back on Atkin’s and doing great again. The weight has been dropping steady since then. Be aware tho, the dinner with my wife cause me to bounce up like 4-5 pounds. Lots of salt and a fair bit of water likely kept in the body as a result.
