"Rest Day"
I prepared Hummingbird feed & washed & refilled feeders. Dried one load of laundry & put away a bunch.
Then I wiped down the freezer & inside of our beverage fridge.
The dogs got a bath & I blew them dry.
I started a new book a couple of days ago. I read quite a bit this afternoon. The book is due back at the Library on Saturday. It was on the new books shelves, so I'm not sure if I can renew it. It's pretty good....a mystery, so I may finish it anyway.
I went over on my calories again today 😏 I'm feeling hungry at different times of the day, since returning from vacation. Also, Teddy woke me up a little earlier this morning. I've been eating breakfast earlier, so I can move on to other things. So far, my weight has decreased a little each day. If it starts going back up, I'll have to bite the bullet & stick with my 1700 calorie limit or less.
I'm headed to bed....read some more, then sleep 📚😴
