First time in months that I didnt make my 20g minimum daily fiber. (Ive kept it close to double most days.) And though it was an active day outdoors supper meal was pizza and birthday cake for dessert which left me feeling gross and disappointed. But it was my birthday and you dont say no to your family. So it's Monday again (already!) and determined to drop a pound this week!! Here's to a successful week for all of us!!
