8.6lbs is amazing. It’s important to not have expectations when it comes to the numbers. Expectations create disappointment.
Weight loss is not a linear process and expectations can cause you to get down about something you would normally be happy about. So long as you are holding yourself accountable and the numbers are going down over the long term, you should be proud of every bit of progress.
