Tomorrow will be 2 of the 12 weeks completed. Looking back on this week I almost fumbled on eating as I failed to prep last Sunday for the week. Canned tuna rescued me, coupled with leftover fruits and veggies, I successfully completed the week. Workouts are going well, I lowered the weight on my lower body workouts based on the recommendation of my cardiologist. As long as I receive the fat burning, in other words I can feel the burn, I am satisfied with lower weight, higher reps approach. I am looking forward to week 3.
