Day 3 and... I'm having breakfast! Lol.
Big day at work and wanted to be on my A game! Might try IF just during the week then not on weekends and morning workout days...?

Not sure.
115.6 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
