Stuck. Ive hit a plateau at 11.5 lbs
So, Ive ordered digestive enzymes and started drinking probiotic kombucha. I think I am looking at borderline hypothyroidism. Got to be a way that doesnt include prescription drugs.
I'll keep on keepin on. Something has to spark a loss.

You are doing so good. You're too hard on yourself. I am not familiar with the things that you mentioned but I would get a doctors opinion first. Do something that brings you joy and have a good day.

Both products are good for digestive troubles which I have had off and on for years. I try to keep off medication if possible. Thyroid has a lot to do with weight gain/loss. Time for a checkup this summer.
I went out shopping with my daughter. It was a beautiful day here, sunny and warm. I didnt even think about food or losing weight. Had a nice time, hope you had a good day too.

I had a very stressful day but I didn't turn to food for comfort so I am getting better. My weight is down 1.8 pounds since last week. Yay. The extra walking really made the difference for me. Have a great week.

Oh Im happy to hear that for you, glamper, that's great! I understand about the stress and anxiety and food to cope. I suffer both too. Im doing pretty good in the willpower area, but struggle to get exercise in. Im working on it. Hopefully getting my vit d and iron levels up is going to help with that. Keep going girl, you're going great!
