oh my god i really didn't know how much weight i've been losing i just woke up this morning and got on the scale and lost 3 pounds overnight could it have been the supplements coenzyme q 10, amino acids methionine, and lysine, or the vitamin b12? vitamin b12 is recommended for people on a strictly vegan diet who do not eat meat, eggs, dairy.

didn't realize how small my waist is not it has dropped from 36 to now 33 nothing in my wardrobe fits anymore i don't know what i'm going to wear?

Women usually figure 10 pounds an inch -- but that is great, both inches and pounds lost. Good job!

10 pounds lost equals on waist size lost for women for men or in my case it was 13 pounds for each waist size lost. thanks for the info, i'm impressed at the insightfulness and contributions that memebers on this site contribute on a daily basis.
