Had REAL ice cream yesterday! Wanted to try it out and see if I could do dairy.... Um, no. Lesson learned.

Gonna get TRULY back on track Tuesday! Workouts and nutrition. Took all last week off, really for both.
116.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 1.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
